  • Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a powerful approach that can transform the way you engage with people, encouraging their intrinsic motivation for change. By participating in our specialized training, you will learn evidence-based techniques that promote a collaborative dialogue, allowing you to empower the people you work with to explore their motivations and challenges effectively and move toward real, sustainable change in their lives.

    As a member of the prestigious, international Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), I have specialized training from the developers themselves in teaching others this powerful tool for change. Find out more HERE.

  • Appreciative Inquiry (AI) - developed by David Cooperrider - is a theory, methodology, and process of organizational and social change that grew out of the fields of organizational management, development, and action research. Appreciative Inquiry is commonly called an “asset-based” or “strengths-based” approach to systems change because it emphasizes positive idea generation over a traditional “deficit-based” approach. The model utilizes questions and dialogue to help participants uncover existing assets, strengths, advantages, or opportunities in their communities, organizations, or teams, and then collectively work toward developing and implementing strategies for improvement.

    I have completed the specialized training for this approach through The Center for Appreciative Inquiry and possess the expertise to help your organization create meaningful, sustainable change. Find out more HERE.
